  Most appalling customer service I have ever come across in my entire life!
  They ran a completely MISLEADING ad on the radio advertising that they had a special of a $99 Brazilian laser hair removal. After the “Free” consultation I find out what is meant to be a “Brazilian” is in fact NOT a “Brazilian” at all! They charge EXTRA to remove the hair on the bikini line! What the!? Also the bottom area is not included at all - they charge an extra $400 if you want that!!! After calling 10 salons that do permanent hair removal and speaking with a lot of my friends we all agreed that their version of a “Brazilian” was in fact NOT a Brazilian at all. They claim that it is justified for them to claim the area they cover as a Brazilian but maybe they if they did 5minutes of research on the definition of a Brazilian they would soon realize what one is. What’s worse is I called the Maroochydore store to offer some polite feed back and surprisingly it was the manager “Lisa” that I was speaking to – I say surprisingly because she absolutely argued with me and spoke completely over the top of me! Absolutely shocked that this was the store manager that I was speaking to I then asked to speak to the person above her who she said would get back to me – well they did and I was even more shocked! The “owner” “Melinda” called me and had a worse attitude then the manager! Not only was she not interested in a word I had to say but she proceeded to “laugh” at me, “insult” me, “threaten” me, and, made me feel completely abnormal for even having hair on my bikini line!!!!! If this is the way that both the manager and worse the “owner” treat their clients then they have no hope!!!!
  So if you want to feel “belittled” be “insulted” and made to feel “abnormal” then I highly recommend IMAGE BY LASER!
  I also highly recommend they attend some basic “communication and customer service workshops”!
  Absolutely INSULTED customer….
